A bony fragment is seen adjacent to medial femoral epicondyle representing ossified portion of the medial collateral ligament near its femoral attachment.
Case Discussion
Pellegrini-Stieda (PS) lesions are ossified post-traumatic lesions at (or near) the medial femoral collateral ligament adjacent to the margin of the medial femoral condyle.
