Pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction

A ten years old boy was referred for evaluation of left hydronephrosis.He had undergone pyeloplasty six years before.

Patient Data

Age: 10 yrs
Gender: Male

M.R. urography showed grade IV hydronephrosis due to  persistent pelvi-ureteric junction obstruction. Note the distorted hilar anatomy. The right kidney was normal.
