Alignment is normal. Possible undisplaced fracture of the right scaral ala. Subtle irregularity of the left superiuor pubic ramus at the lower acetabular medial wall suspicious of an undisplaced fracture. The pubic symphysis and sacroiliac joints are normal. Vulval piercing noted.
Case Discussion
CT confirmed an undisplaced fracture of the right sacral ala not extending into the sacroiliac joint as well as an extra-articular undisplaced fracture of the left acetabulum anterior column.
Example of a genital piecing in a female patient.
