Multiple dilated and tortuous parauterine veins with reflux. They reach 8 mm on left side and 5 mm on right side. Normal uterus with small Nabothian cyst.

Pelvic congestion syndrome is a common cause of chronic pelvic pain in women. It is considered when there are multiple dilated, tortuous parauterine veins measuring more than 4 mm in diameter with reflux.
