Chronic pelvic pain. Previous parturition.

Multiple venous varicosities in the left adnexum extending into the uterus and vagina feed by a dilated left ovarian vein arising form the left renal vein - this is the testicular varicocoele equivalent in females and usually occurs following parturition.
