There are enlarged and tortuous ovarian and parauterine veins at the left, the left ovarian vein is measuring up to 1.0cm. The left renal vein isn't enlarged, no retroaortic course or Nutcracker syndrome demonstrated suggesting of valvular incompetency origin of congestion. Iliac veins and IVC is also enlarged.
Findings are consistent with pelvic congestion syndrome.
