x-ray

Comminuted intertrochanteric fracture of the left proximal femur, bilateral comminuted fractures of the pubic rami, and a vertical fracture of left ilium paralleling the left sacroiliac joint which is superiorly displaced, implying a vertical shearing injury (Malgaigne fracture)
