Pelvic fractures

There are slightly displaced fractures involving the body of the left pubic body and inferior pubic rami.
Non-displaced fractures are noted involving the superior ramus of the pubic bone and the anterior margin of the acetabulum on the right side.
Pelvic soft tissue thickening just underneath the abdominal wall muscles, likely representing pelvic haemorrhage.
Case Discussion
CT features in the setting of the trauma are multiple fractures involving pelvic bones as described above.
In pelvic bone fractures, it's important to exclude the common associated injuries such as pelvic haemorrhage, urinary or urethral injuries.
