There are multiple disruptions of the pelvic ring:

  1. fractures of the right ilium and acetabulum

  2. pubic diastasis

There is also a superior dislocation of the right hip.

Note that this is an Inadequate radiograph as the whole of pelvis and proximal femora are not seen.

Bladder catheter is well positioned. Renally-excreted contrast in the bladder is from an earlier CT.
