There are multiple disruptions of the pelvic ring:
fractures of the right ilium and acetabulum
pubic diastasis
There is also a superior dislocation of the right hip.
Note that this is an Inadequate radiograph as the whole of pelvis and proximal femora are not seen.
Bladder catheter is well positioned. Renally-excreted contrast in the bladder is from an earlier CT.
Case Discussion
This case is a good example of the concept of ring fractures.
