Pelvic lipomatosis

Abundant fat in the pelvis surrounding the rectum and sigmoid colon with displacement of the urinary bladder anteriorly and elongated sigmoid colon.
Also noted: liver cirrhosis with periportal fibrosis, bilateral renal simple cysts, small umbilical fat containing hernia as well as aneurysmal dilatation of the coeliac artery measuring about 15 mm in diameter.
