Presentation

Nontraumatic recent-onset left-sided pelvic and hip pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Numerous lytic lesions in the left acetabulum, ischium, sacroiliac subchondral bones, and left femur neck.

No pathological fracture is evident.

Case Discussion

The patient had a history of left breast invasive ductal carcinoma with axillary lymph node metastasis 2 years ago and underwent mastectomy and axillary nodal dissection.
