Pelvic ring fracture

Fall in a bicycle accident. Pelvic x-rays reportedly normal. Persistent left groin pain on weight bearing.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

Non-displaced Malgaigne-type left pelvic fracture involving the superior pubic ramus, the ischiopubic junction, and the os sacrum.

Modality: CT

The ischiopubic junction shows only a minor cortical breach without further deformities.
