Stone S 33x14 mm in the left pelvis kidney
Left ectopic kidney with PUJ stenosis

Case Discussion
Plain film IVP demonstrates ectopic kidney with a calcific density in the pelvis , which is shown to be in the renal pelvis when contrast is administered.
The stone was extracted surgically.
