Presentation

Right flank pain. Hydronephrosis was reported at recent ultrasonographic evaluation.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Intravenous Urogram

Fluoroscopy

Right-sided hydronephrosis and delayed excretion of contrast material associated with ballooned renal pelvis and abrupt narrowing at pelviureteric junction

The right ureter is not dilated.
