Referred for evaluation of left hydronephrosis.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Intravenous Urogram

Fluoroscopy

Left hydronephrosis and delayed contrast excretion with pelvic dilatation and normal caliber ureter, suggesting stenosis of the ureteropelvic junction.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates typical appearances of pronounced left pelviureteric junction obstruction, likely to be congenital.
