There is left-sided hydronephrosis and non-excretion of contrast media even on delayed images with disproportionate pelvic dilatation however, ureter appears collapsed.
No radiopaque calculus is seen on plain image.
Case Discussion
Findings are most likely suggestive of left-sided pelviureteric junction obstruction as described above.
