Right flank pain. Hydronephrosis reported at recent ultrasonographic evaluation.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Right hydronephrosis and delayed contrast excretion with pelvic dilatation and normal caliber ureter, suggesting stenosis of the pelviureteric junction.
