Presentation

Right flank pain. Hydronephrosis reported at recent ultrasonographic evaluation.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Right hydronephrosis and delayed contrast excretion with pelvic dilatation and normal caliber ureter, suggesting stenosis of the pelviureteric junction.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates typical appearances of pronounced right pelviureteric junction obstruction.
