Incidental right hydronephrosis on ultrasound. No complaints.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Right hydronephrosis with pelvic dilatation, calyceal blunting and normal caliber ureter, suggesting stenosis of the ureteropelvic junction.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates typical appearances of a pronounced right ureteropelvic junction, likely to be congenital.
