Left flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Enlarged left kidney with hydronephrosis, dilated and ballooned renal pelvis with collapsed proximal ureter, suggestive of pelviuretericc junction obstruction. Decreased thickness of the cortical renal parenchyma.

Normal appearance of the right kidney and collecting system.
