Sudden loss of vision whilst participating in archery. Arrow disrupted.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Defect in the infero-medial sclera of the left eye with a tubular metallic foreign body entering the globe causing it to be deflated with blood in the posterior chamber and gas.
