Presentation

Knife wound to the upper abdomen, haemodynamically stable.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

CT performed prior to surgery to determine which organs are involved and to exclude vascular injury

Knife traversing the inferior left hepatic lobe to enter the gastric wall - no hemorrhage and no apparent vascular injury.
