Knife wound to the upper abdomen, haemodynamically stable.

Patient Data

Age: 20-year-old
Gender: Female

CT Abdomen and pelvis

CT performed prior to surgery to determine which organs are involved and to exclude vascular injury

Knife traversing the inferior left hepatic lobe to enter the gastric wall - no haemorrhage and no apparent vascular injury.
