Presentation

Three stab wounds to neck.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

CT neck show bilateral soft tissue lacerations with subcutaneous emphysema and hematoma at level of hyoid bone anterior to carotid space. There are also hematomas within the platysma and strap muscles bilaterally. The wounds have been sutured.
