Post-injection doppler waveforms obtained at 5, 10, 15 (two readings), 20 (three readings), and 25 minutes. Peak systolic velocity is consistently below 30 cm/sec. Visually, tumescence and partial rigidity were seen 15 min. After injection, however patient could not develop full rigidity or erection.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates the role of penile Doppler in arterial insufficiency.
