Age: Adult
X-ray of the pelvis demonstrates a rounded soft tissue / fluid density in the right side of the pelvis, a number of surgical clips and a number of metallic foreign bodies in projecting over the perineum and scrotum.
Coronal non-contrast
CT confirms the presence of a penile implant with reservoir in the right side of the pelvis.
Case Discussion
There are many varieties of penile implant some of which are not MRI compatible.
