Hip pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Mild bilateral osteoarthritis of both hip joints.

Penile prosthesis implant is incidentally noted.

Case Discussion

This is one of the types of penile prostheses, the malleable implant. It consists of silicone rods with no fluid reservoir which is present in inflatable prostheses. It is a standard treatment for refractory erectile dysfunction.
