Known urology patient with penile problems and prosthesis insertion

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Well defined round structure low in the right side of the pelvic, comprising of the 'pump' component of the penile prosthesis.

Case Discussion

Rarely in erectile dysfunction a penile prosthesis will be inserted.  This has decreased since the advent of pharmaceutical agents such as sildenafil citrate (Viagra).
