Penile urethral stricture

Mild pain and poor stream on micturition.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Ascending urethrogram showing long segment penile urethral stricture. There is also opacification of Cowper's gland duct suggesting long standing inflammation.

Bulbar, membranous and prostatic urethra appears normal with contrast seen passing into the urinary bladder.
