Presentation

Poor urinary stream. History of trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrography and VCUG reveal a 45 mm stricture at the penobulbar segments of the urethra. Prostatic and membranous segments appear normal.
