Perched facet joints and wedge fracture

The inferior facets of T11 are perched on the superior facets of T12 with pending dislocation. The facet joints at T11/12 on the axial images are "bare" and don't retain the normal cupped appearance. Secondary widening of the interspinous distance, as well as the intervertebral foramina. Compression fracture with anterior wedging of the T12 vertebral body. Minimal anterior wedging with superior cortical buckling of T11.
