Perforated appendicitis with abscess formation

Dilated appendix with thick enhanced wall. There is a focal defect at the appendiceal tip with extraluminal appendicolith and adjacent fluid-air collection as well as mesenteric fat stranding and reactive lymph nodes enlargement. Thickening with the enhancement of the adjacent vesical wall with no fistulous tract seen.
