A long fistulous tract at the right side of the perianal region piercing the internal sphincter at 7 o`clock with the surrounding inflammatory region. The tract shows mild restriction on diffusion-weighted imaging. No abscess formation or side branches.
Case Discussion
Features are of intersphincteric fistula with the track extending into the right medial thigh soft tissues.
