Presentation

Perianal discharge for about a year. History of episiotomy one year ago.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

A non-branching hypoechoic tract extends from the perianal skin to anal canal.

Length: about 15-18 mm.

Communicates with anal canal at 11 o'clock.

Communication is about 15-20 mm away from anal orifice.

No abscess or other tract is noted.
