Perianal fistula

A 22 mm thin-walled tract starts superficially at the right perianal region and courses superiorly between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 9 o’clock orientation.
Another 25 mm thin-walled tract starts at the perianal region in the midline position and courses upwards between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 6 o’clock orientation.
No abcess formation is seen.

Grade I low-type intersphincteric perianal fistula without evidence of the perianal abscess.
