There is an enhancing abcess (8 x 18 mm) in the right superficial perianal space, with a hyperenhancing thick-walled tract coursing superiorly 45 mm between internal and external anal sphincters (intersphincteric) to open into the anal canal at 11 o’clock orientation.

Grade II low-type intersphincteric perianal fistula with associated 8 x 18 mm right perianal space abscess.
