Chronic perianal discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Dye fistulogram - low fistula dye spilling in the anal canal and rectum:

The contrast was given through a feeding tube outlining the linear fistulous tract associated with a large perianal collection measuring about 50 x 65 mm. The tract communicates with the rectum.
