Dye fistulogram - low fistula dye spilling in the anal canal and rectum:
The contrast was given through a feeding tube outlining the linear fistulous tract associated with a large perianal collection measuring about 50 x 65 mm. The tract communicates with the rectum.
Case Discussion
Regarding the above imaging findings, complicated perianal fistula associated with perianal collection is present.
