Contrast fistulogram - low fistula: contrast spilling in the anal canal and rectum:
The contrast was given through a feeding tube outlining the linear fistulous tract associated with a large perianal collection measuring about 25 x 40 x 65 mm. The tract communicates with the anal canal.
