Perianal fistula and purulent discharge.

Patient Data

Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Contrast fistulogram - low fistula: contrast spilling in the anal canal and rectum:

The contrast was given through a feeding tube outlining the linear fistulous tract associated with a large perianal collection measuring about 25 x 40 x 65 mm. The tract communicates with the anal canal.

Case Discussion

Regarding the above imaging findings, complicated perianal fistula associated with perianal abscess is present.
