A 44 mm thick-walled tract starts at the right perianal region and courses upwards between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 6 o’clock orientation.
Ovarian cyst measuring about 35*40 mm is present in the left side.
Intramural myomas and subserosal myoma also are seen within the uterine parenchyma.
Case Discussion
Grade I low-type intersphincteric perianal fistula without evidence of the perianal abscess.
