Presentation

Chronic perianal discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years

A 34 mm thin-walled tract starts at the right perianal perineal region and courses upwards between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 12 o’clock orientation.

No abscess formation is seen.

Right-sided inter-sphincteric perianal fistula without evidence of the perianal abscess as described.
