A 38 mm thick-walled tract starts superficially at the left perianal region and courses superiorly between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 3 o’clock orientation.
No abscess formation.
A multiloculated cystic lesion with smooth marginal enhancements is seen along with the right adnexa.
Case Discussion
Grade I low-type intersphincteric perianal fistula without evidence of the perianal abscess.
