Presentation

Anal pain and perianal discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

A 35 mm thin-walled tract starts at the right perianal region and courses upwards between internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 6 o’clock orientation.
