Perianal fistula: suprasphincteric type

Recurrent perianal pain and yellowish discharge

Patient Data

Age: 47 years old
Gender: Male

Posterior midline fistulous tract seen at 6 o'clock position and ascends in the intersphincteric plane. it penetrates the right levator ani muscle at 8 o'clock position. A small abscess collection is seen at 7 o'clock position.

Case Discussion

Grade V supra levator fistula with small abscess.
