Acute LOC and reduced left arm power. No history provided, from interstate and NESB.

Right pericallosal hypoattenuation in keeping with recent ACA infarction. No evidence of hemorrhagic transformation.







Moderately large right anterior cerebral artery territory infarct involving the right aspect of the genu and body of the corpus callosum. Superiorly the diffusion restriction almost extends to the medial precentral gyrus. Several tiny focal infarcts in the right basal ganglia.
IMPRESSION
Acute right pericallosal ACA infarct.
