Presentation
Deceased visual acuity of left eye after blunt trauma.
Patient Data
Incidentally noted curvilinear pericallosal lipoma measuring 6.5 mm in thickness.
Abnormal orientation and disfigurement of the shape of the lens of the left eye which is displaced anteriorly obliterating the anterior chamber. This is associated with abnormal hyperdensity along the anterolateral aspect of the vitreous of the left eye (sublenticular in position) reflecting hyphema.
Case Discussion
Pericallosal lipoma, in this case, is asymptomatic and discovered incidentally with mild hypoplasia of the splenium and posterior part of the body of the corpus callosum.
