Curvilinear fat intensity lesion along the corpus callosum, suppresses on T1 fatsat images and shows blooming on SWI. On SWI images, care should be taken to not misinterpret the appearance as venous thrombosis.

A linear vascular channel is seen in the right frontal region, draining into the deep venous system.
