Pericallosal lipoma

A lobulated mass, uniformly hypoattenuating to CSF (average -90 HU), is seen within the interhemispheric fissure. Peripheral calcification of the mass is present.
Case Discussion
These findings are characteristic for a large pericallosal lipoma. Its size and location favors the tubulonodular type. MRI would be valuable to help characterize the frequently associated dysgenesis of the corpus callosum.
