Pericallosal lipoma with ventricular extension

There is a thin curvilinear fat density lesion (HU – 90) seen around the corpus callosum (posterior mid-body, isthmus and splenium). Also, this fat lesion enters into the velum interpositum and right lateral ventricle.
No corpus callosum dysgenesis.
No extracranial subcutaneous lipoma.
Features favor pericallosal lipoma.

Findings are characteristic of a curvilinear type of pericallosal lipoma with intraventricular extension.
