Septic patient, severe dyspnea and cough.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female

Chest

ct

Marked pericardial effusion with surrounding pericardial enhancement.

Multiple enlarge paratracheal, subcarinal, prevascular and hilar lymph nodes.

Right-sided moderate pleural effusion with pleural enhancement (split pleura sign).

Volume loss of right lung with atelectatic bands.
