Mass at the intrahepatic duct confluence also involving the extrahepatic and cystic ducts. The mass is heterogeneously progressively enhancing. Marked intrahepatic duct dilatation, more severe on the left with associated left liver atrophy. Occluded left portal vein with contact of the main portal vein and right portal vein. Necrotic porta hepatis node.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent palliative biliary stenting with biopsy at the time confirming cholangiocarcinoma.
