There is ill definition of the grey-white matter at right posterior watershed at parieto-occipital lobe which is restricted on DWI consistent with acute infarction.
There is signal intensity changes in FLAIR images noted at white matter of the left posterior watershed with no restriction on DWI.
No hydrocephalus.
Posterior fossa structures are unremarkable.
